Oral herpes: This sounds like oral herpes and not canker sores due to the locations of the lesions. But it could also be an allergic reaction to something you eat. The most common reactions are to cinnamon in gum and sls in toothpaste. So try not to use these, look at the toothpaste labels and avoid sls( sodium laryl sulfate) and see what happens. See you doctor and get tested for herpes.
