Not familial: Pancreatic cancer has little tendency to run in families apart from the genetic disease in which chronic pancreatitis precedes it. This is not a subtle illness and you'd know if you had it. I see you smoke 0-2 packs/month. Please stop smoking altogether -- both to drop your pancreatic cancer risk, and because smoking is treacherous and your addiction will increase otherwise. Best wishes.
