Undoubtedly...: There are over a hundred medical citations in pubmed regarding radiation exposure as a risk factor for pancreatic cancer. By the way, was your dad a smoker? I noticed that you also smoke, & you may be interested to learn that tobacco consumption is a major risk factor for pancreatic cancer--please quit.

Uncertain: Radiation from any source is carcinogenic. But it becomes difficult to blame it for your father's cancer unless you are sure that he was not properly protected and was not alerted to the required safety measures for radioprotection.
