See below: It's a good question. The CRP is considered more specific for inflammation or infection in the body. There are many factors that can affect the sed rate and make its results unreliable.

They do: You certainly have asked many questions about scrotal issues recently and i hope you have gone in for an exam to have your questions answered. These markers are not specific to pathology of the scrotum and it is difficult to make any conclusions based on those numbers alone.
