Headache ,belly pain: The child has a systemic illness and need to be evaluated with multiple tests .Common causes can be intestinal tuberculosis, histoplasma and actinomycosis, sarcoidosis, lymphoma and cysticercosis and low possibility of simple parasites although amobiasis can be a possibility.

Infection: Something is going on. Have doctor run tests. Could be some bacterial or viral infection or parasite. Could also be reaction to environmental toxicity.
