Are headaches, lethargy and brain fog usual for a ferritin level-16.2, tibc- 405, sat % 19, hgb - 13.2, rbc 4.2, and mch- 31.3. my monocyte % has also been high w/ a low neutrophil % consistently for a year now. i just feel like something is wrong?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you may have iron deficiency but with normal HGB it is unlikely to be the cause of your symptoms. Wish you good health!
