Trouble: Get evaluated. May be stomach sounds heard in chest if you are thin. But needs x-ray and possible ct scan to sort out other possible. Cough suggests lung.

Gurgling sound: Hello, your symptoms sound like possibly fluid congestion within your lungs or possibly an infection. Regardless, it's a good idea for you to see your family doctor for further evaluation.

What does it mean when mucus is breaking up ? Sometimes when I cough , it sounds like its trying to break up. Its already in my lungs.
