Covid cough: I'm not sure what your question is, but I assume it is about persistent chest symptoms. Those symptoms can last for weeks/months, so I wouldn't worry yet that they are not gone. Keep yourself very well hydrated to keep secretions thin. Also, use humidifier right next to your bed.Take hot shower and get it really steamy and take deep breaths. Your doing well to try to cough, but don't overdue it

Helpful symptomatically might be guiafenesin, which is readily available in drug stores.

No phlegm: If you feel there is phlegm that needs to be expect prayed, drink plenty of water and take a loosening syrup containing guaifenesin. However the cough associated with covid generally is not accompanied by copious sputum. If you're experiencing respiratory distress or breathing problems go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation.

Up to 1 year's worth: Herceptin (trastuzumab) can be given together with initial chemotherapy for the first 4-6 months then subsequently by itself for a total of 1 year. If chemotherapy was given first without Herceptin (trastuzumab) then Herceptin (trastuzumab) can be given for a full year by itself. The usual cycle runs every 3 weeks (17-18 cycles in one full year).

The optimal treatment duration is currently unknown. Trials are being done to see if short term therapy is just as beneficial with less side effects, like cardiac dysfunction. For now, one year of treatment is accepted as the time period of therapy.

My 2 year old son is with fever for one day and running nose for 5 days. What should I try?

Check-up: How high is fever? What colors is drainage from nose? There could be many causes. Illness in children is most likely a virus and symptomatic control is usually all that is needed. I would advise you to a make an appointment with his pediatrician if you are concerned.

I have the flu and am struggling to breath with bad chest pains and shooting pains down my left arm?

See a doctor: This no longer sounds like influenza. If flu to begin with this can predispose you to secondary acute bacterial pneumonia which can be potentially very severe and even fatal. Please go to an emergency room asap and be examined and treated. Do not wait. Hope you are better soon.

Last night I had major tingling all over the palm or my right hand. I do computer based work all day and ipad at night. Is this carpal..?

Hand numbness: There is a good chance that what you are describing is carpal tunnel syndrome. If this continues wear a wrist splint at night. If this does not solve the numbness then you need to discuss this with your doctor.
