Need another diagnos: Shaking not characterstic for cubital tunnel when i see bilateral nerve compression in upper extremity i always think of the neck amd its clinical mmics for cubital and carpsal tunnel if its bilateral its worth confirming perpheral diagnosis with EMG or checking neck MRI two test are more sensitive and specific than one.

U need to get tested: By an orthopedist and possibly by a neurologist to confirm the dx. One can get pain with the cubital t syndrome. You might have a neck (spine) problem if both sides are affected.
