Probably: Nerve compression in the arm at any site can cause pain the entire length of the nerve. Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by compression at the wrist and causes numbness in certain fingers, but can cause pain in the entire arm. A nerve conduction study can help assess your symptoms.
