Pregnancy: If you are not having any symptoms of cramping or bleeding and have no risk factors for miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies, then there is a good chance that all is well. Still, there isn't any way to confirm this until you are seen by your provider or things change. An ultrasound will confirm how far along you are and can see if there is a problem.
