I had my progesterone checked and it came back very good. i tested positive on a test for pregnancy. i had my hcg levels at 167.9 then 4 days later they are at 134.8 so this check on thursday should be higher or i probably lost the baby?

In general HCG levels double every 2-3 days in early pregnancy. Make sure to follow up with your OB as scheduled.

Your guess is unfortunately correct. Lack of rising HCG suggest a non-viable pregnancy.
