I eat daily lot good healthy food: raw almond, seed, walnut, pecan pistachio, brazil nut, & olive oil.this adds up to 15+grams sat fat. any concerns?

NO unless...: While it's long been recommended that people minimize saturated fat, recent research suggests there's no benefit to limiting saturated fat (especially when it comes from the healthy foods you are eating) unless you have Familial Hypercholesterolemia or ApoE4.
