Not precisely: Not precisely the most complete/balanced brekfast ever heard; for a lot people around the world, this and eventually a little more is ok. Of course, it is important to know what else you plan to eat the rest of the day to compensate this pretty limited (in variety of nutrients) meal. Consult your dr to find what would be your ideal diet. Meanwhile, stay and eat healthy, and good luck !

Not Good: Your choice is not the breakfast of champions. There is ample data that eating a healthy breakfast is helpful for mental performance. It is also helpful for those trying to lose weight. If weight loss is your motivation, drinking your coffee black will help.
