Hello i have been taking cymbalta 60 mg for depression and anxiety for 2 months now. i was feeling very good till now when the old symptoms came back( confused anxious sad insomnia ). doc said to take 120 mg for a week 1 month ago and go back to 60 which

Well: 120 mg is a big jump from 60 mg. You may want to take 90 mg daily and see if your symptoms improve. Hope this helps!
