Lifestyle change: The best evidence for pain management for fibromyalgia is actually lifestyle change, not pills. Get healthy sleep every night, never nap, and exercise daily. Stress management, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and an anti-inflammatory diet (start with no meat, no cheese, and no processed foods) work better than meds in clinical trials for those who can stick with it!
