Go to er: Although the pill will eventually dissolve, you're better off being safe than sorry. I would be evaluated by your doctor or go to the er especially if you can't even swallow without choking.

Go to er asap!: After an extended period of time, foreign objects can still be lodged. Airway trauma or obstruction can cause serious life threatening complications, so go to the ed asap.
