2 yr old had a choking episode 4 days ago - now refuses to eat/drink & pools her saliva in her mouth (does not swallow). esophagus ok (went to er).

Hmmm....: A 2 year-old isn't going to cooperate much, so it's time for some detective work. If refusing food and drink for 4 days, her weight should have dropped and she should be weak. If not drinking even when hungry, such as first thing each morning, then something is wrong. May need an exam under anesthesia. A home video of her mouth movements may help the doctors.
