Avoid: At your age, you shouldn't be getting your nutrition from a pill. Multivitamins have not been shown to have any health benefits if you are eating fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, whole grains and fish like wild salmon, and getting 15 minutes or so of sun each day. Stick to food and don't let supplement marketeers or anyone else other than a doctor convince you that a pill is needed.
