RCT & Sinus issue: This will probably resolve on its own without any other treatment. However, i would definitely consult with an ENT specialist as soon as possible.

Palliative treatment: 1. If possible dilute the sodium hypochlorite with normal saline. In this case by nasal irrigation. 2. Reduce swelling by applying cold compresses in 15- minute intervals for the ?rst 24 hours, followed by warm compresses thereafter 3. Take Ibuprofen 600mg 4 times a day for 7 days to reduce inflammation and pain. Take antibiotics to prevent secondary infection.
