I had a root canal performed on tuesday and i assume the nasal membrane was pierced. my nose keeps leaking (literally pouring out) when lean forward or tilt my head. slight brown/bloody tinge. how do i stop it?

Post-root canal: If the RC Rx was done on an upper molar, it is possible (but not probable) that the sinus membrane was breached. If it was any other tooth, then anatomically this would be impossible. Surgery (including RC Rx) induces inflammation. Check in with the General Dentist or specialist Endodontist that did your Rx and report your symptoms. You may need to be reevaluated.

Why would i only have problems with one side of my nose? Always burning, aching, bleeding, infected, swollen nasal membranes. Only a slight deviation.
I have a bright red & irritated nasal membrane inside both nostrils, as well as mild sore throat. Nose feels sore & sometimes itchy. GERD related?
When i tilt my head forward to look down my nose feels like it's going to bleed but it doesn't happen....
If a little clear fluid drips out nose when you lean over, does that for sure mean csf leak? Can't that happen from just irritated nasal tissues?
