I have really bad sinus headaches. every other day at night starts coming on. paint behind eyes forehead and sometimes only on side forehead. what can i do? cant go with this pain everyday. what can i do to treat sinuses? sometimes eats too?

Suggest you have your doctor evaluate and clarify if indeed you have "sinus headaches", as your patterns and described symptoms may reflect a different type of headache. Newer medications may be highly beneficial.
