I know the ear nose and throat are connected, but are eyes connected some how too? i have sinus issues every year because of allergies. i don't take any medicine. every time my sinuses clear up than my eyes become dry for several days?

Eyes connect to the nose via the lacrimal ducts. However, I could not explain why your eyes get dry once the rhinosinusitis resolves unless you have a lot of tearing when having the allergy then tear production becomes less right after. You just have to use artificial eye drops if the dry eyes are expected. Take care.
