Sinus infection: In the case of multiple infections, it may take multiple ecaluations to discover a cause and cure. Check with your dentist to make sure no other teeth are infected. If you have a gum infection, you should consult a periodontist. You should also see an ENT specialist for your sinus infection.

ENT first: To rule out sinus issues, then endodontist for a second opinion on the finished rct , re-treatment may be required.
