Shaving: If she is shaving with a razor blade make sure she changes it frequently. It sounds like she may have impetigo from a dirty blade and it has spread to you.In the meantime use antibiotic ointment on the blade.

Hypertrichosis: Excessive facial hair can be due to hormonal irregulation. You need to, first, see your pediatrician to rule out adrenal associated problems and/ or polycystic ovarian disease. Morbid obesity also causes such problems. Laser hair removal is an option. It does not cause hair folliculitis ( like shaving does) and after 4-6 sessions, it permanently solves the problem. If an etiology, treat that 1st.
