As with most rashes.: ...This could be a variety of things. This could be a virus, or this could be a bacterial infection that would respond to an antibiotic. This could even be tiny insects in the skin. It cannot be diagnosed online. You must see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. If your child is in pain, see a doctor as soon as possible.
