Prob benign: Most common nodules at ge junction are benign (not cancer or malignant) inflammatory nodules usually from chronic gastroesophageal reflux. Given your age this is far and away most likely cause. Cancer at ge junction can present as a nodule so biopsy is prudent.

Biopsy result: I understand your concern, but worrying is not going to help. Please allow a couple of days for a pathologist to examine the tissue to provide an answer.
