Hi...i had an endoscopy,and the biopsies they were able to take were negative,however they did find a 1 cm nodule in my esophagus.should i be worried?

Nodule: Did you get a report that says the biopsies are normal (negative?). That is what is most important. Nodule just means "bump" or "growth". If they biopsied the nodule and it is negative then no need to be concerned.

More information: What did the endoscopist think of the nodule? Was it biopsied or considered suspicious? We're plans made to rescope you for another look in the future? Your gastroenterologist is best qualified to advise you about this nodule.
