Odynophagia 3 days after endoscopy is not really normal. You didn't say what kind of "endoscopy" you had BTW or where these biopsies were taken. A small esophageal perforation can be subtle and problematic. I would definitely notify the GI doc right away and let him know that you're symptomatic.
