Need revaluation: On occasion pid does not resolve as expected and can actually evolve into a tubo-ovarian abscess. I am not saying you have this, only that it is a possible source for your pain. Call your doctor and get re-evaluated very soon, if you are febrile or having incresing pain you may need to go to the er.
