Pinched: This positional symptom is a pinched superficial nerve, ligament or muscle which apparently only occurs when you're sitting. An inguinal hernia is another possibility especially if you note a bulging in the groin. A physician or surgeon could check you for a hernia and also manipulate your leg in order to reproduce the pinching sensation.
