Daily shower: A daily shower completely washing all your body parts is good for your health as well as socially. This takes more than 10 minutes. Wash your hair when in the shower at least twice weekly, brush your teeth, keep your feet clean which may mean washing them twice daily as well as your face. If you ae outdoors sweating then shower after activities as well. Use deodarant once daily after showering.
