NSAIDS : Up to 25% of nsaids users develop peptic ulcer disease, many even a symptomatic, 2-4% develop bleeding and perforation. Pain may get better with food but if advance may get worse. Another possibility is gallbladder disease with biliary colic type of presentation. See your physician for a better assessment. Abdominal ultrasound good first study to start.
