2 weeks, sudden pain & nausea, center upper abdomen has continued after eating. can't eat much, lost 7lbs. just noticed a fine rash on belly. ideas?

Abd pain /rash: May be gastritis/ GERD with or without H pylori a bacterial infection that needs antibiotics. or eosinophilic esophagitis ( immune condition) May also be gallbladder or rarely pancreas lesion( mass). Would follow up with urgent care / doc this week likely need CT of abdomen and pelvis and testing for H pylori.
