Nausea: Pain, nausea and vomiting can be a chronic problem but you need to find the cause. If simple diet changes have not helped (gluten, milk, etc) then a further evaluation for helicobacter pylori (blood test) which is a bacterial infection causing ulcers, gastritis (inflammation of stomach lining) and underlying conditions like celiac disease (blood test) should be considered.
