I've been having upset stomach everyday, nausea, sometimes burning in chest, stomach pain that sometimes that feels like cramps, feels like i'm going to vomit or like liquids dont always stay down, nexium helps but if stop it gets bad again. ideas?

Although your: symptoms sound like classic GERD , you should have an evaluation by your GP or possibly a Gastroenterologist. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
