Perhaps these?: Do not know what a "restriction band" refers to, but if you are describing instead oligoclonal bands which are antibody measures, this could imply an immune reaction within the central nervous system, and although could be due to many conditions, is often a way of confirming inflammation within the brain or spinal cord.
