Such findings are non diagnostic as the test is typically done to rule in/out diseases in the multiple sclerosis (MS) spectrum, for MS oligoclonal bands have to be seen in CSF and not in the serum. Your neurologist remains your best resource in further identifying your condition and possible treatment.

The presence of a significant number of oligoclonal bands within the spinal fluid as compared to serum is indeed a strong correlation to reach a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, but it appears that the findings are nondiagnostic in your case and do not establish an immune-mediated neurological disease.
