In the meantime, talk with a friend, pastor or anyone else who will listen about how you're feeling. If you feel you want to hurt yourself, go to a hospital emergency room.

Community MH center: It might be worth your while to call your local community mental health center. Call them and they typically have several options for people who don't have financial means and insurance. Hope you get the help you need.
