Commu. Men. Hath: There should be a community mental health unit in your city. If you don't find one in your phone book or on line, check with your united way, perhaps a211 information line for community mental health services. In the meantime, talk with a friend, pastor or anyone else who will listen about how you're feeling. If you feel you want to hurt yourself, go to a hospital emergency room.

Community MH center: It might be worth your while to call your local community mental health center. Call them and they typically have several options for people who don't have financial means and insurance. Hope you get the help you need.
