No insurance/money: Schedule intake at your counties mental health center. Google mental health centers in galveston texas. Some work on a sliding fee scale and can even apply for free psychiatric medications from the pharmaceutical company directly on your behalf. They may also have samples they can give you while your application is in process. Ask before intake is done.
