Ask the ordering doc: Your doctor who ordered this test was obviously looking for some abnormality in your c-spine. Now that there is an abnormality he should be able to explain it to you... All you have to do is ask. If he does not know, you should seek a second opinion from a neurologist or from a neurosurgeon.
