Anterior THECAL sac: Is the "front" of the spinal canal, in which the spinal cord and spinal nerves lie. Minimal posterior disc bulge means there is a little stretching of the disc between the cervical (neck) vertebral bodies at the c6-c7 level. According to your question, this bulge is at the "back" of the vertebra, and minimally indents (pushes in) the anterior thecal sac. These bulges range from minimal to severe.
