A member asked:

Mri of cervical spine results meanings?what does slight endplate compensatory findings. at c3-4 through. c5-6 mean ? and what does unremarkable mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

MRI: Unremarkable = normal, not worth remarking about. Regarding the endplates... The endplates are the bony ends that are cushioned by a disk in between. If there are some reactive/compensatory findings, there may be some slight swelling or fluid suggesting mild arthritis. Again, not particularly abnormal.
