Good response: That is a terrific reduction in pressure. Unable to predict visual field results, but if the test is reliable with the least amount of fixation losses, it will give you an accurate picture of how (little) progression you should find.

Great result : The amount of pressure lowering that you achieved is a great 1st step. Going forward, the actual target pressure required to prevent further nerve loss depends on many factors. As a general rule, the more damage on the visual field, the more susceptible the nerve is to any given pressure & the lower the pressure needs to be. If your 1st field is relatively good, you will probably do fine.
