At your age: If you do not have any known heart problem you should never smoke, use drugs and excessive alcohol, make exercise a routine for life, watch your diet (which should be rich in vegetables and fruits and easy with red meat and no fatty foods). This all is important especially if you have a family history. Watch your weight!
