Maybe: Depends on when you need to get up. Sonata (zaleplon) only lasts for 2 hours so yo might be able to take that at4 am if you have enough time to sleep it off. I often prescribe it for middle of the night awakenings (off label) but it word really well without grogginess in th morning.
