No: Gastritis means inflammation of stomach... Gastro-stomach -itis inflammation of . There are numerous kinds of and kinds of gastritis. Helicobacter pylori gastritis from infection due to that bacteria is difficult to eradicate without more than one antibiotic and an acid blocker and yogurt would not cure it.
