Possibly: Women with pcos do have increased rates of infertility. Clomid (clomiphene) and metformin is a regimen that's often prescribed to help such women. Fertility rates for women with pcos also increase markedly when women who are not at a normal bmi (19-25) lose weight. I don't know if that's an issue for you, but if it is, you can increase your chances a lot by being at a healthy weight. Exercise helps too!
