More information: One needs more information to adequately answer this question. At what gestation (weeks) did you miscarry before? 1st tri miscarriages are usually chromosomal or due to problem with placenta. 2nd tri often due to infection. Drs can make sure no balanced translocation, and no blood disorder. Make sure immunizations up to date. A consult with perinatologist is a good idea.

Go to the hospital: If you feel like you are miscarrying, call your obstetrician/gynecologist, or if you are actively bleeding get to the hospital so you can be evaluated. Online forums are not the proper place to get answers to questions like this.

Yes: No way to tell at this point, unless it was so recent that a pregnancy test would still show positive.

Possibly: Pregnancy is possible. Home pregnancy tests become positive at about the time you are a week late for your period.

See an ObGyn: If you've had miscarriages, you should discuss this with your obgyn. The reason(s) and timing of the miscarriages can determine what treatment you may need for future pregnancies. Good luck.

I miscarried on 21st sep and it was my first pregnancy doctor said that there is no problem with me and i could get pregnant right away without delay is this ok to try right away?

Yes!: Most studies now recommend not waiting to get pregnant after a miscarriage, because women that wait have a harder time to get pregnant again compared to those who do not wait to resume intercourse. My advice: if you plan to get pregnant, resume efforts as soon as you feel ready physically and emotionally (don't postpone it). Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and good luck!
