One needs more information to adequately answer this question. At what gestation (weeks) did you miscarry before? 1st tri miscarriages are usually chromosomal or due to problem with placenta. 2nd tri often due to infection. Drs can make sure no balanced translocation, and no blood disorder. Make sure immunizations up to date. A consult with perinatologist is a good idea.
