No: 1 in 3 women do have some spotting or bleeding in the first few weeks or months of pregnancy. While heavy bleeding is more concerning for a possible miscarriage - it is not a certainty until confirmed by repeat ultrasound.

Not always: There is a 25% or more risk of pregnancy loss with each early pregnancy. No one can change or alter the outcome unfortunately. For now its a waiting time to see what happens. Fortunately, most women will be successful in future pregnancies even with early loss in past. Hoping the best for you.
